Hárslevelű is a native grape variety of the Carpathian Basin. It is similar to Furmint, but in comparison it is generally more fragrant, softer, more mature and easier to understand. Its color is pale yellow, its scent is seductive: acacia, tropical fruit and mineral. Honey, linden, citrus, apple and apricot taste with a slight spicy finish. Extremely fragrant, but never muscat or perfumed. The definite acids accompany the sweetness of the 15.6 grams of residual sugar.
