Pinot Gris rozé

Unusually, our rosé wine is made from Pinot Gris grape variety. Its intense, salmon-colored color is achieved by overnight soaking on peels. The scent is dominated by raspberries, sour cherries and strawberries, with red fruits dominating in its flavor. In addition to its fruity taste, there is a strong acid backbone throughout the wine. Its freshness and freshness combine the flavors of white and blue grapes. The relatively high alcohol content makes it full and creamy.
