Olaszrizling

We give our Olaszrizling a body with 3 months of maturation in barrel, during which a beautiful color and vanilla scent evolve. A very special aroma, discreet minerality appears alongside ripe white flesh fruits and apricots. The taste of the sip is round, delicious as ripe fruits. Its acids are lively, delicate and consistent. Balanced, proper barrel use, enjoyable, serious wine which presents unusual depths.
